Data deletion instructions

You can delete the data Superpills stores about you at any time, in any of these ways.
1. Disconnect the account in Superpills
Go to Settings → Channels and choose Disconnect next to the account. We delete its access tokens and every post and statistic we stored for it, straight away.
2. Remove Superpills from the network
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → remove Superpills.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove Superpills.
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove Superpills.
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions → remove Superpills.
- YouTube and Google Business Profile: open https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, choose Superpills and remove its access.
- X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → Superpills → Revoke app permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Other applications → Permitted services → remove Superpills.
- Bluesky: disconnecting the account in Superpills also ends its Bluesky session.
This stops our access at once. To also delete what we already stored, disconnect the account in Superpills or write to us.
3. Write to us
Email luisarturobarreraseminario@gmail.com from the address linked to your account, or tell us the account's username. We delete everything we hold about it within 30 days and confirm by email.
