Privacy policy

Who we are

Superpills is run by Califica AI Corporation, a Delaware corporation in the United States ("we"). We decide how your data is used, and you can reach us at luisarturobarreraseminario@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you connect an account, you log in with the network itself (TikTok, Instagram or Facebook). We never see your password. With your permission, the network gives us:

• Your account's basic profile: its ID, username, display name, profile picture and profile link.
• Access tokens that let us read your account on your behalf, and later publish what you ask us to.
• Your posts: their links, dates, captions and public metrics such as views, likes, comments and shares.

When you join the waitlist, we keep your email address and preferred language.

We use a few cookies that the site needs to work: your language, and a short-lived security cookie while you connect an account. We use no advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To show your posts in the calendar and your views in the statistics.
• To keep each connection working, which includes renewing tokens when the network allows it.
• To publish or schedule posts you ask us to, when that feature is available.
• To write to you about early access, if you joined the waitlist.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Data from TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

We only access the data you authorize, through each network's official API, and we use it only to provide Superpills to you. Our use complies with the TikTok Developer Terms and the Meta Platform Terms. You can revoke our access at any time from the network's own settings.

Who processes it

We share data only with the providers that run Superpills for us: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database). They process it on our behalf and under our instructions, and their servers may be outside your country, for example in the United States. We do not share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it or you ask us to, as below.

If you connect an AI assistant (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor) with your private Superpills link, we send it the channels, views and posts it asks for, at your direction, and that assistant's own privacy policy applies to what it receives. When you send pictures as a TikTok draft, we store them so TikTok can download them and deliver the draft to your TikTok inbox; you can ask us to delete them at any time. You can cut off an assistant by resetting your link in Settings.

How long we keep it

We keep a connected account's data while it stays connected. When you disconnect it, we delete its tokens and everything we stored for it straight away. We keep waitlist emails until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices and rights

You can see, correct or delete your data. Disconnect an account in Superpills (Settings → Channels → Disconnect), or write to luisarturobarreraseminario@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. See our data deletion instructions for the steps.

Security

Every connection to Superpills is encrypted. Tokens are stored on our servers, never shown in your browser, and only our servers can read the database.

Children

Superpills is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
