How to post to Google Business from ChatGPT
- ChatGPT writes the update; Superpills posts it to your Google Business Profile.
- Nothing goes out until you approve it in your calendar.
- Sending works on Business, Enterprise and Edu, and on Plus in our tests.
Updated October 2026 · Google Business is live in Superpills today.

How it works
From ChatGPT's chat to your profile on Google.
You ask, ChatGPT writes the update and schedules it in Superpills. It waits in your calendar until you approve it, and then Superpills posts it to your Business Profile.
How do I post to Google Business from ChatGPT?
Connect your business in Superpills, add Superpills to ChatGPT, ask and approve. The first time takes about two minutes. In a Business workspace only an admin or the owner can add it; in Enterprise or Edu, an admin can let you.
- 1
Connect Google Business
In Superpills, choose Add channel › Google Business and log in with the Google account that manages your business. Every place it manages comes in as its own account.

- 4
Approve it
Open the calendar, check the update and tap Approve. Superpills then posts it to your profile on Google.
What can one update carry?
Up to 1,500 characters, one photo at most and a Learn more button. Superpills checks every limit before anything goes out.
An update on Google Business
| Text | Up to 1,500 characters |
|---|---|
| Photos | One |
| Video | No video |
| Button | Learn more, opening the link you give |
| Places | One update can go to several of your places at once |
Which ChatGPT plans can do this?
Business, Enterprise and Edu, and Plus in our October 2026 tests. Pro only reads, according to OpenAI's help. OpenAI changes this often.
ChatGPT
| Business · Enterprise · Edu | All 8 tools, sending included. On Business, an admin or owner adds it for the workspace; on Enterprise and Edu, an admin can let members add it. |
|---|---|
| Plus | It worked in our October 2026 tests: it read accounts and views, sent TikTok drafts and scheduled posts. OpenAI's help only lists Business, Enterprise and Edu for tools that send, so this may change. |
| Pro | Read only, according to OpenAI's help: it sees your accounts and views, but can't send. |
| Free | Not confirmed. |

Questions
Where does the update show up?
On your Business Profile, in Google Search and Maps, with your other updates.
Can I post to several places at once?
Yes. One Google login brings every place that account manages, and the same update can go to up to 30 of them, with its own text for any of them.
Can an update have a video?
Not through Superpills: an update carries text and one photo.
Where do the photos come from?
From links you give ChatGPT, or from images ChatGPT makes. Superpills keeps a copy until the post goes out.
Do I see views for Google Business?
Yes, for the whole place. Google doesn't count views per update, so every morning Superpills shows how many people saw your business on Search and Maps.
Which Google account do I log in with?
The one that owns or manages your Business Profile. If your business doesn't show up, log in with another account: only those can post to it.
How much does it cost?
Superpills Pro is $19 a month and Max is $49, both with 7 days free (a card is required). Connecting ChatGPT costs nothing extra.
