How do I reach Superpills?

Email luisarturobarreraseminario@gmail.com, ideally from your account's address so we can find it. Tell us which AI you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor…), what you asked and what happened.

My AI can't reach Superpills, or asks me to sign in again

Reconnect Superpills in your AI's connector settings and sign in. If someone clicked Disconnect every AI in Settings › AI, every AI has to connect again.

A TikTok draft didn't arrive

TikTok takes drafts right away, but its notification can take a few minutes. Ask your AI to check it; it uses draft_status. If TikTok asks you to reconnect, do it in Settings › Channels.

How do I cancel my plan?

In Settings › Plan, in two clicks. You keep Superpills until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I stop every AI from using my account?

In Settings › AI, click Disconnect every AI. They're all signed out at once.

How do I delete my account and data?

Follow the steps at superpills.app/data-deletion. We delete everything we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email.
